Who is responsible
NEO Business is responsible for using and protecting your personal information. For any privacy matter, message us on WhatsApp.
Legal name, address and privacy email of the responsible party: to be completed before publishing.
What we collect
- Your contact details: name, brand or business, email and phone or WhatsApp.
- Your NEO Business account and order data: what you buy, when, and its status.
- Payment confirmations we receive from Stripe or Mercado Pago. We never store your card details: the payment page handles them directly.
- Billing and tax details, only if you ask for an invoice.
- What you share so we can do the work: your brand, documents, processes, and access to the systems you choose to connect.
- Your company's operating data that passes through the tools we build for you, only to run them and prepare your weekly report.
- If you use the assistant, its conversations with your team and customers, to serve them and to prepare your report.
We don't ask for sensitive personal information.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To bill what you buy and, if you ask, invoice it.
- To make and deliver your order: your tools, automations, documents, content, assistant and report.
- To put each thing in place (your systems, your website, your social accounts, your assistant) only with the permissions you grant and can revoke at any time.
- To support you and let you know how your order is going.
Those are the only purposes. We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your order, and only what they need:
- Stripe and Mercado Pago, to process payments.
- Supabase, where your account and orders live.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the NEO Business site and, if you sign up, your website and internal system.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger), if you connect your assistant or authorize us to post on your accounts.
- The software you choose to connect (for example your accounting, CRM or email), only to do the work you ask for.
- The AI providers and tools we use to do the work: text, documents, images, video and automation.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, to know what we hold about you, or to object to how it's used, and you can withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp with your name, your account email and what you'd like to do; we reply within 30 days. Permissions to post, change your systems or run your assistant are revoked by you, in your account.
What's stored in your browser
The site keeps your order in your own browser to show it on the confirmation page. The NEO Business account keeps your session so you don't have to sign in every time. We don't use advertising cookies.
