01 · The subscription
Everything included, every month.
You choose the schedule for your assistant's 8 hours. Need more? Add hours in bundles.
Your subscription renews every 30 days: whatever you don't use in a month doesn't roll over to the next.
02 · Single pieces
Need just one thing? Buy it on its own.
The same price with or without a subscription. Without one, you pay for each piece separately.
Single pieces you buy never expire: use them whenever you want.
03 · Subscriber bundles
Need more this month? At a discount.
With an active subscription, bundles of 5, 10 or 15 come with — off. Without a subscription there are no bundles: you pay for each piece.
Extra assistant hours are billed monthly for as long as you keep them. Before charging for a bundle we confirm your subscription is active. Pieces in your bundles never expire.
NEO credits
For everything else, ask NEO.
Free access, unlimited members and no per-seat fee: the owner assigns credits to each member. One-time top-ups. Prices below are the current MXN reference; USD pricing is coming soon.
04 · Your gift
Your internal system and website, free. Then they're yours.
An operations dashboard or CRM fitted to your process, and your company website, designed and built for you.
- Free with the subscription, with a 3-month minimum.
- Once you complete 3 months, the system and the website are yours.
- While you stay subscribed, we pay for your website's hosting and domain.
- Your data is yours: export it whenever you want.
If you cancel, these stop
- Your monthly tools, automations, changes, documents and content.
- Your assistant and your weekly report.
- The hosting and domain we pay for you.
Your system and website
- If you've completed 3 months, they're yours.
- Cancel before 3 months? We confirm what happens in writing before you sign up.
05 · Enterprise
A larger team? A plan built for you.
For companies with many people, several locations or their own systems: volumes, response times and integrations agreed with you.
